Kendra is a third year piano student at the University of Iowa studying piano performance. She studies piano with Dr. Ksenia Nosikova. Kendra has been playing piano for over 13 years, and has extensive ensemble experience. She’s played and sang in bands and choirs since middle school.
Now, Kendra plays piano in the Wind Symphony Band at Iowa. Also, at Iowa, she has been enrolled in classes on music education, theory, and history. Kendra specializes in classical playing, but is also very interested in popular and contemporary music, and continues to explore lots of styles of music.
