At Brock Family Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your piano purchase. If you’re not happy with your instrument, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure peace of mind.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The piano must be in the same condition as when purchased, with no additional damage, excessive wear, or modifications.
- Original accessories, bench (if included), and documentation must be returned with the piano.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Pianos sold “as-is” or marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.
- Custom-ordered or specially modified pianos cannot be returned.
- Digital pianos and keyboards may be subject to additional restocking fees.
Return Process
- Contact Us – Call or visit Brock Family Music to initiate a return request.
- Inspection – A team member will inspect the piano to confirm its condition.
- Return Approval – Once approved, we will process your refund or store credit.
Refund Policy
- Full Refund: If returned within 10 days in original condition, you will receive a full refund minus any delivery fees.
- Partial Refund: Returns made between 11-30 days may be subject to a 10-20% restocking fee.
- Store Credit Option: If you prefer, we can issue store credit for future purchases instead of a refund.
Delivery & Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for returning the piano to Brock Family Music.
- If pickup is required, additional transportation fees may apply.
Exchange Option
- You may choose to exchange your piano for another of equal or greater value within 30 days. Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
